To request a return, cancel an order or report a problem, email warynetofficial@outlook.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions. Please do not send your item directly to a supplier.

Return postage

You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. WARY-NET covers reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. Contact us first so we can arrange the return.

UK online order cancellations

For eligible UK online purchases, notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to cancel. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. You may inspect items as you would in a shop; handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them may reduce your refund.

Refunds

For an eligible UK cancellation, we refund the returned goods and the standard outbound delivery charge. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem, including your order number and photos where possible. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Personalised items

Items made to your own specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation rights. Faulty-item rights still apply. Our standard WARY-NET designs are not excluded simply because they are printed after you order.
